Questions
Is it a subscription?
No. One payment, and everything in the pass is yours — including the parts released later in Season 1.
What if I change my mind?
Full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. Just reply to your receipt email.
Why does the price go up?
The founding price is for the first 28 windows. Then it's $19, then $25. Your price never changes after you buy.
How does my name get into the episode?
Checkout asks for a name (up to 20 characters). We use it for your window and as a neighbour in the “Our Block” chat in an upcoming part. Keep it friendly — we skip names that aren't.
How do cameos and sponsorships work?
They are custom work, separate from the pass. Send a request above, we agree what appears and when by email, and our company sends you an invoice. You pay only after we've agreed, with a full refund until production starts.
Can I buy more than one?
Yes — pick how many passes you want, here or at checkout. Your first pass unlocks everything in the Founding Pass; every extra pass lights one more window in Building 14. Put friends' names on them (separate names with commas at checkout), or keep them all yours. The more windows you light, the higher you are on Most Visible.
