Privacy
Last updated: October 2026. Short version: we only keep what we need to tell you about new parts and the things you asked us about.
What we collect
- Your email, when you join the list or ask to be notified (founding windows, light boosts, merch), plus what you signed up for and the country your request came from.
- Anonymous traffic stats (pages viewed, referrers) through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.
What we do with it
We email you about the thing you signed up for — new parts, the opening of founding windows, a merch drop. We never sell or rent your email to anyone.
Where it lives
The site and the list are hosted on Cloudflare. If we later send email through a mailing service, your address is shared with that service only to deliver our emails.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see or delete what we keep about you, write to contact@tobeended.fun and we'll do it within 30 days.
Payments
When paid windows, boosts and merch open, payments will go through a payment provider; we never see or store your card details. This page will be updated before that happens.
